As the Founder and Executive Director of She Is... Incorporated, Ms. Roberts boasts 12 years of experience in the non profit realm, specializing in the  development of young ladies. A Jersey City native, she's deeply connected to the community and is passionate about elevating the lives of its young woman. Beyond her professional role, she is a dedicated mother who embodies care and unwavering support. Her mission extends beyond her title, as genuine empathy, Ms. Roberts stands as a pillar of hope and inspiration, continually championing the empowerment of young women in our community.

Her meticulous attention to detail and pursuit of excellence are evident in all she does. As a mother, one can witness her daughters' eagerness to meet her expectations. Similarly, the young ladies of She Is are inspired to rise, driven by the combined power of love and persistence she instills in them.   

Research and Development Coordinator

Latoya is an essential part of the team, and has been with She is... Incorporated since the very beginning. As our research and development coordinator, she takes on the task of re-creating our curriculum constantly to ensure that our mentees receive the latest facts and ideas to keep them informed of  what is most recent in styles, taste, and information providing them with the skills and  knowledge needed to become confident female leaders in their personal, social and professional lives. 

Since joining She is... Incorporated, Ofelia has played a crucial role in the continued success of the program. Her exceptional skill set, true passion and creativity has inspired massive growth within the organization.
